Barley is renowned as an ancient grain, very beneficial to overall health, and contains all 9 essential amino acids. To create the concentrated barley protein in RISE311, the barley is sprouted and cold-temperature processed to create an ingredient that is 85% protein content. This ingredient retains many of the polyphenols and other antioxidant content of the barley grain.

What makes RISE311 different from other protein powders?
RISE311 is the world’s first craft protein. Combining excellent taste with full-spectrum protein, this is more than just protein; it's a uniquely satisfying experience.
Do you include a scoop?
To reduce waste, we do not include a plastic scoop in any of our pouches. The premium stainless steel RISE311 scoop above is free with your first order (a value of $7.95). If you need another, you can also buy one at any time from our store.
What is the cost of Shipping?
For a one-time shipment of 1 pouch of RISE311, standard shipping is $4.95. We offer free standard shipping for subscription orders. We also offer expedited shipping for a small additional charge which will be calculated in your cart based off your delivery address. Additional costs apply for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and international orders.
What if I don't like the flavor or texture?
If you don’t love the flavor or texture, we’ve got you. You can try one bag of each flavor, finish the bag, and still get a full refund (up to 30 days after the delivery date). In fact, if you’re unhappy for any other reason (besides taste and flavor), you can still get a refund. Check our refund policy in the footer below for more details.
Can I cancel my subscription easily after ordering?
Yes. You have full access to your own customer portal where you can manage your subscription easily yourself without having to speak with anyone. This portal allows you to change your delivery frequency, pause your subscription, cancel it, swap flavors etc. If you’d prefer to speak with someone, simply send our team a message or give us a call, and can help with your subscription or any other queries you have.
Why Don’t You Give Discounts?
You’ll see that unlike other shakes and powders, we don’t offer discount codes (they’re not available in our email series either). In fact, we don’t do sales. The reason? We think too many companies give discounts to new customers and forget about their current customers. That doesn’t feel fair to us. So we offer reductions for customers on subscriptions (in the pricing) and we have a referral program for customers.
In other words, we look after our community.
