Top of the Protein Charts: The PDCAAS is a score for measuring how complete a protein is. For example, whey proteins almost universally score a 1.0 – the highest possible score. Plant proteins, like pea, rice, fava bean, and hemp are all low in certain amino acids, giving a PDCAAS score of .5 – .8.

Being plant-based shouldn’t mean sacrificing performance. Which is why we didn’t stop tweaking until each of our RISE311 protein powders scored a 1.0. With RISE311, you get the same protein score as whey, without the additional stress to your body.
