At RISE311, we are committed to delivering high-quality natural health supplements that exceed your expectations. We take full responsibility for your satisfaction, and if, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

If you don’t absolutely love our products, we’ll provide a full refund* for one bag of each flavor, no questions asked! Even if the bags are completely empty.**
How It Works:
Just inform us within 30 days of receiving your delivery to initiate the return process.
Return Procedure:
To start a return, please contact us at support@rise311.com or call us toll-free at 1-844-RISE311. When sending your return, please ship the products to the following address:

Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs of returning the products to our warehouse.
Important Reminders:
- Do not discard the product(s) before contacting us.
- Please avoid returning items to our corporate address, as these will not be eligible for a refund.
- For purchases of more than 1 bag per flavor, we require the additional bags to be returned unopened with seals intact.

*Full refund means the total amount you paid for up to 1 bag of each flavor + shipping and handling + sales tax. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
**Repeated refund requests from the same customer are not allowed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt.reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get a return and new order is to send the return, then place a new product order. Of course, alternatively, you can wait until the return has been fully processed before placing your next order. Please note that returns can take up to 15 business days to process (including refunds being made to credit cards).
