Do you include a scoop?
To reduce waste, we do not include a plastic scoop in any of our pouches. We offer a premium stainless steel RISE311 scoop free with our two pouch and four pouch packages on your first order. Should you need another, you can also buy our premium stainless steel RISE311 scoop HERE.
What is the cost of Shipping?
For a one-time shipment of 1 pouch of RISE311, standard shipping is $4.95. We offer free standard shipping for subscription orders. We also offer expedited shipping for a small additional charge which will be calculated in your cart based off your delivery address. Additional costs apply for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and international orders.
What if I don't like the flavor or texture?
If you don’t love the flavor or texture, we’ve got you. You can try one bag of each flavor, finish the bag, and still get a full refund (up to 30 days after the delivery date). In fact, if you’re unhappy for any other reason (besides taste and flavor), you can still get a refund. Check our refund policy in the footer below for more details.
Can I cancel my subscription easily after ordering?
Yes. You have full access to your own customer portal where you can manage your subscription easily yourself without having to speak with anyone. This portal allows you to change your delivery frequency, pause your subscription, cancel it, swap flavors etc. If you’d prefer to speak with someone, simply send our team a message or give us a call, and can help with your subscription or any other queries you have.
