Barley is renowned as an ancient grain, very beneficial to overall health, and contains all 9 essential amino acids. To create the concentrated barley protein in RISE311, the barley is sprouted and cold-temperature processed to create an ingredient that is 85% protein content. This ingredient retains many of the polyphenols and other antioxidant content of the barley grain. This plant-based protein is new and a total game-changer. We add a little bit of lecithin made from sunflower to RISE311 because it is a very healthy addition that has the benefit of making all the ingredients more soluble in water.

We manage to craft our flavor simply using a delicate amount of our Reb-M stevia, which is the highest quality extract of stevia in existence. If you’ve ever had stevia and not like it, wait til you try this. You will not detect any hint of traditional stevia flavor because Reb-M is totally unique from the traditional stevia.
Almost all stevia you have tried comes from stevia using Reb-A (or maybe Reb-B) which is a non-caloric sweetening component found in the stevia plant. But Reb-A and Reb-B are abundant in stevia, relatively inexpensive to produce, and retain that traditional bitter aftertaste.
